Community (n):
a group of people with a common characteristic or interest scattered through a larger society.

The Communication Leadership program is comprised of national and international students. We unite by our quest for higher education to better ourselves as communicators and leaders.

We meet virtually on Blackboard to share ideas and challenge one another to think outside of our comfort zones. Our combined experiences, create a community of scholars.

COML517 A3 students have traveled from all over the world to meet at Gonzaga University. Some of us have worked together in previous classes while others are meeting for the first time. In total, we have traveled approximately 48,000 miles by plane, train and automobile to unite for a 3-day adventure in Spokane, WA! On average, each student has traveled 1,382 miles. Honorable mention goes to Amber who alone traveled around 6,200 miles!

As we leave, the feeling of community will last a lifetime!

Gonzaga's Bulldog Spike is a symbol of our tenacity and our unity.
